My Role in Building Smart Loyalty & AI Solutions

We needed to design two products: a loyalty program for businesses and an AI-powered tool to help companies create personalized marketing strategies. The goal was to make both platforms easy to use and visually appealing while meeting the needs of businesses and their customers.

I played a pivotal role in designing a seamless digital loyalty experience that helps businesses retain customers effortlessly. My contributions included:

AI-Powered Strategy Generation
For companies looking to enhance their marketing and sales, I contributed to an AI-driven tool that generates personalized strategies. My work focused on:

Designing an intuitive dashboard that presents AI-generated insights in a clear and actionable way.

Creating a smooth user flow that allows businesses to generate, refine, and apply AI-driven strategies effortlessly.

Collaborating with developers to ensure the AI integration was both functional and user-friendly.
Overcoming Challenges

One of our biggest challenges was development delays—our programming team had too much work. To keep things moving, we used Bubble, a no-code platform, to quickly build and launch the website instead of waiting for traditional development.
Reflections & Learnings
One key lesson was the importance of clear communication from the start. At first, we focused on branding and user experience beyond just the loyalty system. At the same time, this added value and better alignment with stakeholders from the beginning would have made the process smoother.

By combining user-centered design, data-driven insights, and continuous testing, we created a platform that improves customer engagement, simplifies loyalty programs, and helps businesses with AI-driven marketing. This project strengthened my passion for building intuitive, impactful digital experiences.
